It's a pleasant hospital. Never been there as an inpatient

My medical care has been excellent but the continuance of care is extremely difficult. It is difficult to get an appointment, follow up appointment unless it’s an emergency. I am grateful that unknown precancerous things were removed from my bowel but the original problem of constant stomach pain, diarrhoea etc is only now being addressed and it’s been 1 year . I waited 2 months for initial appointment, 1 month for colonoscopy, 2 months for op , was told to wait 1 month to get results but rang and waited 2 weeks , Waited another six weeks for appointment to address original issue . All the while with low grade pain and diarrhoea every day unable to participate in regular life. I have complete faith in the medical care but expect that your diagnosis and treatment will take years.

Overall, my experience with this practice has been good. The staff are friendly and the practice is professionally run. Wait times are less than ideal - I now only have Zoom consultations so I can at least work while I wait. There seems to be an aversion to technology - e.g. scripts are posted, pathology forms are scanned and emailed.

A wonderful hospital which makes me feel comfortable and in good hands.

I had a great experience with this doctor and practice. He was willing to talk like a normal person not in huge medical terms over the top of you. He was also happy to discuss my daughter’s problems and I have now booked her in as a new patient for him.
