I am appalled by the behaviour of the lady at the reception - she was rude, arrogant. Maybe she was racist. I had an appointment with Dr. Herve at 3:30 pm today. It got late by 15 minutes. And so, I went to the lady to check. To my shock, she talked to me as if I had committed a crime by asking her. She said “he will come to you” in a very terse tone. Forget about an apology, there was not even a smile on her face. This is how you take care of patients!. You make them feel that they are inferior! She got irritated!

One of the best gastroenterology doctor I've met, did clonoscopy and endoscopy. After the procedures explained me very well. Very down to earth, highly experienced doctor.
