While your physiotherapists are brilliant, the staff at receptions are super inefficient. I’ve had to call at least 5 times and still havent received a confirmation if my appointment is booked or not.

The best thing was i felt 60 pct better from my first visit as compared to the other centre i was going for the last 1 month . I came in to the facility when 1 was in a lot of pain and the physician made me feel so much better i cannot put it in words ….. this facility is exceptional for recovery and rehab and i was told one of the best in dubai ! I highly recommend dr mathew ❤️

Experience at the facility itself was great. WhatsApp communication is poor with around 5 hours of wait time for responses, that’s if I get a response at all. Many cases where my messages would just be read and ignored.

I came with Lower back pain and it was my first visit, the therapist rejected to see me because I was 8 mints late to the appointment, he was telling me this in a “funny way”this is a Disrespectful approach and not acceptable at all.
