Professor Patel is a very experienced, knowledgable and friendly doctor who helped to explain what I needed to know in my appointment with him. He has a very good way of making medical jargon comprehensible for non-medical people.

Dr Smith was very re-assuring and made me feel like he was genuinely interested in my condition He gave me good advice, was very thorough and I'm awaiting a follow-up appointment

Dr Bhan has been my consultant since my diagnosis. I have always left a consult fully understanding my condition, procedures required, medications and the road ahead. I have dealt with many doctors and consultants and have felt unseen and unheard, I never felt this way with doctor Bhan.

Dr Zemark is a kind and compassionate Doctor with a patient-centred approach. I always feel that he has my best interests at heart and always takes his time to explain and reassure when needed and very willing to answer questions and concerns.

I felt closely listened to and that Dr Archbold had read and absorbed the information that I had sent to him. He was patient with my questions and explained clearly anything I did not understand. He has also acted promptly in arranging further tests at Barts.

Professor O'Neill took time to explain in simple terms the potential issues, always very happy to answer my questions. Very positive experience, highly recommended.
