Very friendly staff, calm & safe waiting environment

Everything was easy to access and turned around quickly

I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

Facilities were excellent and staff was professional, attentive and warm

All of the meet and greet staff and medical staff were very professional. The building was immaculate.

This is my second experience, I was so pleased and happy that even though I was afraid of having a tooth pulled, I felt so comfortable that I can recommend it with peace of mind. I would like to thank my doctor Esen Ali Günay. I would like to thank the nurse Berfin Hanım very much. He took great care of me, I left very happy. I listened to all the advice my doctor gave me. It has been 2 weeks and I am very comfortable and my teeth are healthy 😊😊😊

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
