Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

My nurse Seynar Ali was exceptional. Really warm and very attentive . She kept a keen eye on my low blood pressure and heart rate . Alina was also wonderful . Thank you
