My experience at St. Bartholomew Hospital in London exceeded all expectations. The staff members were not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly and reassuring throughout my entire visit. Their accommodation of my needs and excellent customer service left a lasting impression. From the moment I entered the hospital, I felt welcomed and cared for, which alleviated any anxieties I had. The dedication and compassion displayed by the staff truly made my stay as comfortable as possible. St. Bartholomew’s Hospital sets a standard of excellence in healthcare, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking top-notch medical care in London.

The hospital is based in the heart of London with good transport connections - St Paul's Tube station. Elizabethan line (Farringdon). The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.

The facilities were clean and welcoming, the reception staff a wonderful contrast to a typical NHS bulldog you may be greeted with elsewhere.

Dr Tanwar and team did an excellent job. Friendly and reassuring. However leading up to the appointment was stressful. Over a week ago I received confirmation to arrive for 8am on the day and that I would be 2nd on the list. Few days later had another call that unfortunately the anaesthetist won't be available until later that day so is 11am on to arrive? No problem for me so confirmed several times over the phone to arrive for 11am. On the day of the appointment in the morning I received a missed call around 9.30am. When calling back I was told to leave asap as the 1st person is already in theatre (even though I was told to arrive at 11am). I believe I spoke to Lisa. I rushed to reception and signed in at 10.30am, only to be told that 11am was the correct time. Whilst waiting in reception I had another missed call from St Barts, when calling back Lisa answered again who said don't worry as 11am is the time I'm booked in for and that she couldn't locate who kept ringing me. Funny enough I arrived at the hospital, was greeted by Dr Tanwar who walked in too. Therefore the person who was ringing and told me that the 1st person was already in theatre was lying. Not a good experience at all. Rushing around like this I think resulted in high blood pressure reading when I was admitted to my room. Overall rest of team who I met were great.
