Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!

I am very pleased with the treatment and after care received from Mr Bonanomi. he is very professional but at the same time has excellent people skills. Before the surgery he took time to explain everything, properly arranging everything from the pre op consultations to post op consultations in a very organised manner. A very skilled surgeon who preformed my complexed surgery successfully. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. I felt that he actually listened to my fears and treated me as a patient should be treated which in my experience with very qualified surgeons is a rarity.

A professional through and through who is honest with compassion and understanding of the individual needs. Highly recommended by me and to coin a phrase..... Simply the best

Dr. Buchanan is fantastic. He is kind, patient and never rushes. He takes the time to explain and listens carefully. He treated me as a patient and a peer and made me feel like we were engaged together in my care. I could not recommend him more.

Intrusive, bossy, short in his manner. Insisted on another in-person follow up. Felt entitled to criticize (my moderate) alcohol intake and put notes on this in my medical letter: I was there to check a hernia tear, not get a moralistic lecture. I urge Mr Wan to reconsider his position as a service provider and also work on his communication skills and bedside manner.
