Friendly and painless

Excellent therapy and amazing staff. Some improvements could be made to housekeeping but it is all about the rehab programme, which is excellent.

First class facility. Great staff, very welcoming and helpful.

The aftercare sessions are wonderful. They give me the chance to take stock and check in with others who have been through similar experiences. I find their parallel to the process groups in lifeworks really helped me to feel comfortable from the first session despite it being on zoom and therefore feeling slightly different. Mark is amazing and does a really great job of intervening as and when is necessary or helpful and no more, meaning it feels like our space but is absolutely held by him as a safe one.
