Groups and 1 to 1's very helpful. Staff friendly and helpful. More downtime than I expected.

Very good facilities, however definitely some issues with staffing and care.

I was on my knees asking for help and UKAT found a bed 4 me. I think they saved my life.

i have learnt a lot about myself and what i need to change and what i have to practice daily to keep in recovery i couldnt of done it without oasis.

I've founf the therapists to be extremely helpful and the have provided me with very helpful literature that has aided my recovery. The groupr sessions and workshops have continuted to be helpful. I feel like I have gained a better understanding of how the process works thoughut my time here. The one negative I have found is that the venue seems a little understaffed, for intance, not being abe to find someone when youneed them. Sme issued raised in the community meetings seemed to be overlooked as the person making the descioncs, about said issue, is rarely present.

First rehab i have ever been in my life. Very supportive and friendly staff who go way above and beyond to make sure you are well supported and well taken care for.

My experience overall was really positive, the groups & the one-to-one sessions were really helpful. I also felt H&I coming in to carry the message was extremely supportive for ongoing support when I left. I felt the timetable was good & had a few other extra bits like yoga, reiki & gong. Swimming & the gym was also offered but unfortunately didn’t happen. I would recommend treatment here for anyone seeking recovery and needing to detox but I think on-going support in the rooms of a 12 step fellowship is imperative for continued sobriety. Thank you being my spring board into recovery, I will be forever grateful!

My stay at the priory was an incredibly positive one. It’s tough but the like skills gained are invaluable going forwards. The therapy team are incredibly strong, relatable and highly skilled. Every member of the staff from admissions and reception are incredibly helpful and the ward staff are simply amazing. I cannot speak too highly about the Priory staff. The food could have been a little better if I have one criticism.

My experience at the centre was pleasant. Staff were very polite and helpful.
