Very pleasant staff and very clean environment

A first class facility, staff very helpful and efficient

I arrived early, registered & then went for breakfast, was welcomed by name when I came back. Great reception staff.

Happy with prompt appointments. Clean room / bathroom. I was very anxious so would have appreciated if staff were aware for different levels of treatment towards patients. My foot is healing very well. I have been discharged at 5 weeks, but toe joint very rigid. Not sure I am walking too much/ little or correctly.

From entering the hospital for my procedure to leaving at the end of the day, there was always someone at hand to speak to. The procedure was explained to me clearly and the after care, post op. was excellent from all members of staff.
