My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

On arrival I received clear instructions where to go and found the reception immediately. Here my papers were readily to hand as I had registered on line and I was immediately shown into the Consultant's room. The efficiency and time keeping were excellent.

My experience with Mr Barkatali was excellent, he was very personable, and listened to any issues and concerns that I had. He was empathetic, and displayed care and compassion about how my knee condition was impacting on my wellbeing and lifestyle. He was careful and rigorous in his consultations and took the time to provide me with a full explanation of the procedure I needed. He has an excellent bed side manner, lovely to speak to, with a friendly tone, and put me at ease. He has been incredible; he is extremely professional and considerate with the ability to combine personal touches and care for his patients with outstanding quality of medial care. He has he taken care of my knee which is now fully functional and pain free. I would highly recommend Mr Barkatali, and I would trust him implicitly to make excellent decisions about my healthcare.

A fantastic private facility that far exceeded my expectations. the level of detail, care and professionalism is truly magnificnet. I feel privialged to be local enough that I am able to use these facilities. Surgery performed by Prof Simon Lloyd and my entire experiance was flawless.
