Lovely clean building, everyone very helpful and friendly, the whole appointment from booking in to the actual procedure, you could not fault, I am so at ease and well prepared for my next appointment, thank you all.

An extremely positive two different visits for each eye operation. The whole team were friendly and welcoming, instantly providing a sense of needed ease. Everyone seemed happy, efficient and professional - all working towards keeping the patients calm and comfortable.

Friendly receptionist, clean environment. The only negative was a lack of parking in any of their car parks.

All good except they sent me home with dressing that were not big enough to cover the scar and after surgery I was sent to reception without accompaniment and I had to carry my own bag.

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.
