Lovely hospital with great facilities and friendly, helpful staff

Very comfortable environment, excellent service from all staff I encountered and exceeded expectations with additional services I did not expect (i.e., food and drink after procedure).

The receptionist was very friendly, didn't have to wait long at all before being called in

Efficient, polite and friendly. Comfy and clean waiting areas. Coffee machine not always working and the car park can be very busy - leave enough time to find a parking space.

After my operation I asked whether I could spend the night there as my husband was ill, that was out of the question. Nursing care was adequate.

All the staff were so lovely and friendly. I was so very well looked after, my stay couldn’t have gone any better. I highly recommend The Manor.
