All good except they sent me home with dressing that were not big enough to cover the scar and after surgery I was sent to reception without accompaniment and I had to carry my own bag.

My experience with the priory was very good, I had at least 2 months with the priory and it was very good sessions, I am now feeling abit better and I am now on the journey to acceptance.

Very efficient and quick

The Chestnuts has been enormously helpful for me. The staff all have personal knowledge of the sort of difficulties we face, because they have been in just such difficulties themselves in the past. In my view, this makes a huge difference. There is an empathy and sympathy there which is, perhaps, lacking in some other places. More generally, I found that the broad organisation of the place encourages friendship and support between those who have gone there for help. I met many wonderful people. And the balance, I think, between this comradery and doing work (lessons, meetings, et c.) is got just right. I recommended without reservation. If you are finding things difficult, then for goodness' sake book yourself in, let them aid you as they do so well, and get back to the life you should have!

The food should be a lot better especially breakfast as all we get is eggs and beans every day need better choice And more snacks throughout the day And should replace the cornflakes with Frosties. Staff are very good and this is the best place to come and get better for sure

It was the best experience I have had. The staff were all very helpful, and everyone is very friendly. You can use your counsellor after you Delamere and come back for aftercare.

Made incredibly welcome from the moment of arrival and most importantly safe and supported. Was treated humanly and had my concerns and needs listened to. The staff seemed well experienced and knowledgeable and I felt I was in the right place to get better. This sentiment continued throughout my stay and as I needed extra accomodation for critical work tasks this was empathised with and understood. I felt like I was looked at as an individual not just ‘another patient’ and the team worked with me to give me the best care possible and meet some external needs I also had during my stay. The entire team were on top of my recovery throughout physically and mentally and gave me heaps of knowledge and at times strong truths, which I needed to hear. I could not speak more highly of the entire team at Bank House.

I feel that I could not have done this on my own and I feel oasis has offered me a safe space and now I feel I have my senses back and I have more tools to use in my recovery.

The staff at oasis Bradford were fabulous from the moment i arrived and throughout my time here, everyone including the cook and housekeeper were pleasent and humain. All staff are professional to a tee. All my peers werevery supportive i feel ive made some great friends for the future
