Very nice hospital, staff were very friendly and helpful and overall experience was amazing

The aftercare sessions are wonderful. They give me the chance to take stock and check in with others who have been through similar experiences. I find their parallel to the process groups in lifeworks really helped me to feel comfortable from the first session despite it being on zoom and therefore feeling slightly different. Mark is amazing and does a really great job of intervening as and when is necessary or helpful and no more, meaning it feels like our space but is absolutely held by him as a safe one.

I haven't had to reach out to them for anything as it's easy to access everything online, including reports and invoicing. The email notifications are also great for keeping track of important dates.

All staff from nursing to cleaning staff very caring, professional and amenable. If you needed something someone would find the member of staff you needed to help you. Staff were very busy but always let you know they would be with you as soon as possible if your need was not urgent.

The combination of group therapy, one to one sessions and continued aftercare is really working well for me, after years of battling my addiction, I am finally discovering some peace. I have been having CBT sessions here for two years. The people here have always been incredibly warm and welcoming, and in this environment, with the strong skills of my therapist, I feel I have been able to make great progress and put in place techniques and systems to better myself. I have nothing negative to say about the Priory and am sad to say goodbye to my therapist, who has helped me greatly.
