Very efficient - very soon after I arrived, I was taken to the downstairs room to have the battery of tests done, and then almost immediately went upstairs to see Caroline. All very thorough and reassuring. The selection of frames was also very efficient - and patient, allowing me to try on a lot of different ones.

I have been under the care of Dr Sami for 3 years and always had an excellent service. He saved my swallowing and treated my reflux and stomach problems. I feel back to normal now.

The team were amiable, and everything was clean and comfortable.

Fabulous experience from start to finish with excellent care , attention and outcome. Could not be happier with my rhinoplasty journey with Mr East. He completely restored my nose after my primary surgery by another doctor left me with a weak and collapsed nose. I love how my nose looks now after 1 year and I cannot believe how natural it looks.
