Mr Malek fully explained how he does the operation with less invasion and smaller insertion. I felt the operation went well and was able to take early steps on the same day of the operation. I fully appreciate that the operation is a major one and there can be concerns after the operation but all areas are fully advised. I did have a double blood clot which I understand can be a problem from such operations.

Dr Tristan Ramcharan has a very calming, personable and reassuring presence which allowed my daughter to discuss her symptoms with ease. He completed a thorough investigation and explained clearly to us what he was looking at throughout and gave reassurance that everything was normal. He gave lots of opportunities for us all to ask further questions. We all felt completely at ease during and after the appointment due to the nature of Dr Tristan Ramcharan’s consultation skills.
