Mr Basu was wonderful, he was extremely thorough in his examination and questions. He listened to all my worries and ensured that I had a scan speedily and talked me through that simply after. He reassured me based on my family history and made me feel safe in his hands.

I have always had large breasts and was already a JJ cup by the time I was 18 or 19. From my early twenties, I began suffering from persistent back and neck pain. As the years passed, my symptoms gradually worsened and became both physical and psychological. My self-confidence was deeply affected by my body image and by the stares, sniggers, and comments I would frequently notice from strangers in public. I began to explore the option of having the procedure privately, but I was declined by Nuffield due to my BMI. Two years later the pain had become even more severe and was affecting me daily, which in turn contributed to further weight gain. As my boys...

I found that Mr Basu was very clear on the options available , and explained them in a way I understood. I felt listened to and highly respected. His judgement and clarity gave me great confidence during a time of great stress and uncertainty. My outcome has been excellent for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Basu.
