Excellent service very thorough with good advice

Very satisfied with all 5 of my appointments

4 months ago I have done hair transplant at vera Clininc and I feel satisfied until today with results but I hope it will get better to get thicker hair. I recommend anyone who wants their hair back to do it at Veraclinic with consideration donor area.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Very welcoming and seen on time

The hospital was easy to find and staff helpful at each stage as I was new to the hospital. It was clean and well signed to move around to the pharmacy and exit

I went in for a blood test and it was so easy. The clinic is so clean & the staff very friendly/ welcoming! I’d definitely recommend 😊

The doctors, nurses and staff are incredibly friendly and clearly care about one another and the patients. Doctors in the Sainsbury’s Wing are fantastic, capable and empathetic but clearly overworked with shifts that are longer than they should be. I would say the same goes for the nurses. There is a serious shortage of staff, which is problematic for a private facility. The building in itself and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation and modernisation. Nutrition needs to be much more of a priority as it forms a crucial part of a holistic treatment.
