My experience at OneWelbeck Skin Health and Allergy was a pleasant one. I had to get in touch over the phone a few times to get my appointment date and time changed and it was always handled in a very efficient and friendly manner. My appointment also went well and all the hospital staff I interacted with were lovely. The place was clean, quiet, looked nice, and had a calm air about it, which felt different to other hospitals I have been in and helped ebb my anxiety away a little bit. Thank you!

Overall experience with Vera Clinic was first class, Great communication from the first consultation right through to the operation.
