Had a great experience at St John & St Elizabeth when I had a hip replacement recently. They cared for me very well and everything felt efficient t and professional.

Excellent care

I was an outpatient for a procedure on my hip. The hospital was really efficient in their comms, the process was smooth and everything clearly explained. The facilities seemed brand new and spotlessly clean. My room had everything I needed and the food was tasty. The nurse and all other staff were so good at their jobs and took great care of me in a kind and friendly way. My procedure was successful and the surgeon and anaesthetist highly skilled. Easy visitor parking and a lovely experience all around. I’d highly recommend St J & St E hospital to anyone.

Professional and courteous staff from top to bottom. Good environment and facilities. Good food.

Nursing staff ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. They were ever so polite, helpful and friendly. The care I received from my consultant, his secretaries the anaesthetist, and all the nurses staff was excellent.
