Luca always held a safe and compassionate space for me. Initially it wasn't easy to accept Luca's help as i came with huge trust issues, but I really felt like I could open up to him properly without fear of judgement. He has a kind and gentle energy about him. When difficult things need to be discussed and addressed I found him to be firm and compassionate at the same time. A great therapist to work with.

I learnt so much about myself while working with Juandri. She really helped me through things and was always a calming, understanding presence. I will always keep her in my phonebook and she's been flexible enough to still let me check in with her whenever things feel overwhelming for me without having to have weekly therapy.

She has been instrumental in my being able return from a deep and dark place into which I plunged four years ago. My journey with Venetia spans over 8 years, and I have nothing but good words for how she conducted herself both professionally and on the human level throughout this time. I came to her with a sense of general uneasiness in life that started to become debilitating, and thanks to her effort and dedication I have now developed the tools to understand myself and how I operate in the world to a previously inconceivable degree. She is an exceptional listener and can handle anything you throw at her, as well as being a master at picking up little threads and patterns entangled in the unconscious mind that would have taken decades to even notice, let alone act upon. I could write a long essay on all the benefits and life lessons I enjoyed throughout my experience with her but I will keep this brief to not get people to suspect I was paid to write a review! Dr Kathryn has helped me tremendously with some very difficult subject matters, she is very good at listening and it does not feels like she judges you for whatever you say.

I first went to see Dr. Anthony due to anxiety medication not working and he was very supportive. From the initial sessions he was able to detect that I had undiagnosed ADHD. I've gone through the diagnosis and I'm starting medication. He has been very helpful, he explains everything clearly and concisely and I have been able to make informed decisions thorough the process.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.

Ben is extremely easy to speak to and confide in. He makes the experience very comfortable and safe. He is understanding and has a great way of handling difficult sessions. He allowed me to come to huge realisations on my own, but slowly working through what was happening in my past and present. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques.
