Luca always held a safe and compassionate space for me. Initially it wasn't easy to accept Luca's help as i came with huge trust issues, but I really felt like I could open up to him properly without fear of judgement. He has a kind and gentle energy about him. When difficult things need to be discussed and addressed I found him to be firm and compassionate at the same time. A great therapist to work with.

Sophie Medlin is very knowledgeable in her understanding of complex gut issues, not leaving any stone unturned in trying to figure out my presenting issue. She also has a very kind and thoughtful manner.

I learnt so much about myself while working with Juandri. She really helped me through things and was always a calming, understanding presence. I will always keep her in my phonebook and she's been flexible enough to still let me check in with her whenever things feel overwhelming for me without having to have weekly therapy.

Dr Kathryn has helped me tremendously with some very difficult subject matters, she is very good at listening and it does not feels like she judges you for whatever you say.

My journey with Venetia spans over 8 years, and I have nothing but good words for how she conducted herself both professionally and on the human level throughout this time. Ms Faby is very approachable, takes the time to get to know your dietary habits, medical history and anything that could have an impact on nutrition. Subsequently, she was swift at submitting an action plan with options and was professional with her follow up. Her input was a great boost to suppress snacking. I achieved my goal without any internal struggle.

Monika is incredibly warm and patient, and gives an impression of unconditional compassion and belief in one's potential. Having this energy reflected at me on a weekly basis was truly healing in itself. I also appreciate how dynamic and adaptive her therapeutic style is. We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.

Rob was superb in all respects. Listened, analysed, emphasised, humour, some positive challenge when required. Can't praise him highly enough, am always in his debt. Thank-you.
