Dr Bailey has always been extremely professional and courteous working not only with me, but with all of my family. We are pleased to have found her and we use her constantly as our own private GP. She also has great links to the rest of the consultants at New Victoria which is very reassuring and comforting. I could not recommend Dr Bailey any more to anyone who wants a caring and generally lovely GP.

She made me feel comfortable instantly and I felt that I clicked with her from the start. She really had a way at digging deeper into my behaviours and past in a way that I didn't know someone could. I really credit her for helping me process my past in a way that didn't feel overwhelming.

Dr Silber was very good at explaining things and made me feel at ease.

Ajay is excellent, I saw him for a few years and he helped me to better understand myself. I would highly recommend seeing him.

Dr Laila Kaikavoosi has a very kind and gentle manner, yet with the confidence that made me have faith that she has the specialist knowledge to understand this complex area of medicine. As a result, I felt I could talk openly and that she really took the time to understand me as an individual.

I had seen a number of counsellors in the past over some years but meeting with Kathryn was a world of difference. She helped me to articulate the issues and steadily unpicked them with me, providing resources along the way to consolidate learning and help me apply it day to day. Her warm empathetic approach was key. Therapy has lead to genuine transformation not only in how I see myself but also in my relationships with others and I'm a much better leader as a result (and friend, family member, etc).

Steve helped me to accept the situation I found myself in using a combination of CBT and compassion. The latter I found particularly beneficial in helping me to accept what had happened. His focus on quality of life helped me to enjoy my situation despite ongoing medical difficulties.

Dr. Leonidaki has been exceptionally professional and supportive throughout our interactions. Dr. Leonidaki's profound knowledge and empathetic approach have significantly contributed to a positive and transformative experience. Thank you!

Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.
