I have mostly had positive experiences with the Woodlands, and have been there a LOT in the last 9 months, many consultations, steroid injections and epidural, surgery, mri, xrays, ultrasound and nerve conduction test. All of these appointments have been made superfast with barely any wait time. the Drs and staff are very helpful and kind.

Efficient

Springfield hospital is very quiet and nurses are always able to arrange special needs for my daughter - eg. Inability to wait in queues or separate waiting room when it's too busy. It is very inclusive hospital, they have even chairs for all sizes and heights.

All hospital staff were excellent
