Overall experience is very good. Most of the receptionists are friendly and helpful, it is a shame that one is not so.

Visiting this hospital was almost a pleasure, despite the pain. Easy parking, lovely clean hospital, beautiful views from my ensuite room. Plenty of reassuring staff from checkin in through to discharge

From initial phone call to seeing my therapist took about a week, which is so quick. The wellbeing centre is easy to get to. All staff there are welcoming. My therapist is great, introduced themselves told me their background and what the plan of action was. Then listened, asked questions to get the full picture of My PTSD. They explained what PTSD was and how it manifests in terms I understood. We planned further sessions. Every session was calm, well planned and I felt listened to and understood. I had homework to do which I completed as I want to improve. Everything that my therapist has shown and discussed with me makes sense. I fully understand that my therapist gives me the tools to help myself. It is up to me to put everything I have been shown and given in place to make it work, which I am doing. I cannot thank my therapist enough as I feel better and have an understanding of what has been happening and how to deal with it, and I have the tools to help me with things in the future too. I will miss my sessions and my therapist and thank you for everything you have taught me. Take care all, thank you so much again.

Parking is horrendous but service excellent
