Great experience with this hospital

I was very good.

Kind and professional

I had a great experience at the Kensington Wing. All the staff from the receptionists to the nurses, midwives and doctors were couldn’t have been more patient oriented or attentive.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

We had an amazing experience through pregnancy to delivery and aftercare with Keith. His responsiveness, scans at each visit and the team around him were all excellent. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
