Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Post-op, my physio journey was clearly mapped across a number of weeks, and throughout I felt confident that POHP were working in tandem with my consultant's clinical team, and the insurance company, to make the whole process straightforward.
