Both Mark and Julia are the best. Intuitive, caring, professional, They actually got me up and about doing exercises, walking on the street, laughing, after total knee replacement on day four. I have never had such excellent physios and with my dodgy knees and not great back I have had many physios. If you want to go to the best after your surgery, don't hesitate, get in touch with them now.

Fantastic care from Mark Williamson . No doubt he facilitated my speedy recovery after a total Knee replacement He visited me at home and was not only extremely knowledgeable, but empathetic and encouraging. I had 12 visits and many friends and family commented on my excellent recovery . 3 months on, I’m cycling and rowing in the gym. I cannot recommend him snd his team highly enough - physio so, so important post surgery . Sincere thanks Mark .

I had a great experience, I felt that the physio was knowledgeable and experienced and gave me exercises that were at exactly the right level. Ben explained the exercises clearly and ensured I was doing them correctly. Timely, professional and very friendly and pleasant to work with. Thank you. I would highly recommend their services.

Mark from Post Op Hime Physio got me back on my feet quickly after a hip operation. He built a bespoke programme of exercises to strengthen my muscles and during his home visits helped me build up my confidence. He pushed me to work hard but also to listen to my body. The experience was great and I was back on my feet very quickly because of the physio regime which I followed.

Really glad I decided to use post op home physio. I broke my ankle quite badly in October and was really struggling with strength and movement after some NHS physio. Ben really helped and I am so happy with the progress I made, I feel almost back to normal. He talked me through all the exercises well as well as adapting them to how I was feeling on the day. He also great guidance for ongoing self treatment now my sessions are complete - would strongly recommend.
