I was treated at the sloane hospital as part of the circle group. They were absolutely wonderful.

The experience was good but the waiting time is more. I had to leave my newborn at home.

Everyone was warm and welcoming

The hospital is clean, not too crowded. However, seems like there’s either no AC or it was broken, so it was quite hot. Most of the staff were professional and nice.

Excellent service by the nurses. I appreciated very much. Keep up the good work.

My only feedback would be that I sometimes felt that they were incredibly busy.

All very smooth and efficient

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

My experience with Chelsfield was great, lovely clean room, everything was as it should be in a Hospital.
