Very good experience, very sensitive advice

Very positive experience, treated my issue properly without rushing into surgery. Kept me updated regularly and pushed for a less invasive treatment which was brilliant and has hopefully resolved the issue.

Miss Serena Ceraldi has been very good and supportive to me while I was in the hospital and in the out patient appointment too. She explains everything properly that makes you feel very comfortable

Very approachable and nice neat surgery

Rather light approach to my post-op experience. I am seriously concerned as to my post-op progress, yet I felt dismissed. Despite expressing my issues, I had literally 5 minutes consultation while being told that I'm doing great. Constant vomiting and inability to eat\hold the food down 2 months after the surgery does not reflect "doing great" in my opinion. I'm considering seeking a second opinion.
