My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

Miss Serena Ceraldi has been very good and supportive to me while I was in the hospital and in the out patient appointment too. She explains everything properly that makes you feel very comfortable
