An outstanding service! The administrative team arranged for my first consultation within 24 hours of my first contacting them. I then had the spinal injection within a week of first seeing Mr Aylott.

The hospital were very accommodating even though I was running late as I had taken the wrong train from Surrey!

Excellent experience. Consultant was patient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Only issue it would have been useful to be given an indication how long one has to wait for test appointments.

Friendly staff from reception all the way through to the appointment with the doctor.

Kept waiting with no apology or explanation. Not given an accurate quote.
