An outstanding service! The administrative team arranged for my first consultation within 24 hours of my first contacting them. I then had the spinal injection within a week of first seeing Mr Aylott.

The staff in the reception area were very friendly and treated me with respect. The environment was clean and tidy. The vending machine and seating helped to make my experience very pleasant.

It was a new experience for me to be in hospital and I thought it was all a really above average experience. Everybody was extremely friendly and had the time for me.
