welcoming environment from all staff

I felt welcomed by all the staff that I met and the environment was spotless

They are professional team of people who care for the wellbeing of patients, they built my confidence to move forward in life. They are kind and very approachable, they give good advice to improve your health. I would recommend them to anyone who feels that they have lost there self confidence after having a heart attack.

It was my first visit. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building the staff and the general ambience.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Treated really well. Very efficient and very friendly staff. Make you feel at ease.

Generally a nice place to visit considering who really wants to be in hospital. Wish all medical premises were as good
