I visited doctor for having palpitation(skipping beats) issue. He examined me and requested 7 days ECG monitoring and a day pressure monitoring. We learnt my palpitations I have is not important; was suggested to reduce alcohol, cafaine and stress.

Dr Spratt oozed knowledge and understanding leaving myself with no doubt that my issue would be corrected. He picked up fairly quickly how nervous I was and put me at ease.

Dr Marciniak was welcoming from the get go. He was extremely thorough, patient and understanding throughout the entire consultation. I was not rushed and was given the opportunity to explain my symptoms from start to finish, and made me feel listened to. He ensured I understood everything which was explained to me, allowed me to ask questions and explained the next steps clear and concisely. For some, being within a hospital setting can be daunting but Dr Marciniak makes it the total opposite.

An extremely positive experience. I have a very high degree of confidence in Dr Williams. He does explain things a little rapidly for me to take everything in, but he's always happy to answer followup questions.

I was referred to Dr Lloyd to further investigate my low pulse rate. After my initial consultation, Dr Lloyd recommended that I had an ECHO, CPET and CT scan. The whole process with the various tests was swift taking around 7-10 days. Dr Lloyd provided a personal service and was very clear on the findings and the subsequent advise going forward.

Dr Chabok is not only a brilliant Cardiologist but an absolutely wonderful person . . He is a polite , charming , extremely warm and very smiley gentleman ! I found that this immediately helps to put one at ease in what is often a stressful , tense situation . His explanations are clear and he answered all the many questions that I threw at him . Similarly the written reports are detailed and clear . A brilliant cardiologist , a brilliant person , I sincerely hope that I have no need to seek further cardiac help but if I do it will be to Dr Chabok that I unhesitatingly turn . From the outset Dr Neil Srinivasan instilled confidence. I was treated as an individual with respect and empathy. Everything was explained clearly and any questions or concerns I had were addressed in full. He has never failed to meet my expectations of a top class Consultant, knowing that he would give me his support every step of my journey. Dr Zemark is a kind and compassionate Doctor with a patient-centred approach. I always feel that he has my best interests at heart and always takes his time to explain and reassure when needed and very willing to answer questions and concerns.

It was brilliant from start to finish. Dr Arujuna explained a complex process very well and treated me as a person at all times. He arranged things quickly and was beside me through all the testing and preparation. The procedure was overwhelming in terms of the technology and expertise involved but I was in safe hands. The results have been spectacular - I can now run over 2 minutes a km faster over 10 plus kilometers and am enjoying running again. I recovered very quickly and am planning a marathon. He also went out of his way to support my sister to get tested, in case she had the same genetic heart condition. I can't recommend him highly enough - a total star.
