Dr Jeczmien is a wonderful, kind, compassionate and brilliant psychiatrist. After misdiagnoses by 2 other psychiatrists and little progress over many years, I was blessed to find Dr Jeczmien and things finally make sense. I better understand what I am dealing with and why, and can now get the treatment I need and start my healing journey with the full support of this amazing clinic. Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Difficult to fully assess as only have way through a process. However, so far, the online process/assessment seems to have worked very well.

Friendly and approachable staff. I found the whole process of obtaining an assessment for my son to be simple. In a time when it’s hard to access help and support for children with needs, we feel a sense of relief that Held Health were able to help us.

Having the support of Natasha as care coordinator as well as the therapy from Helen Brice has been really helpful with my recovery. Paul Flynn's provision of the Flow machine has made a huge difference.
