It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups
