Overal friendly greeting by staff. Wait was slightly longer than anticipated, but staff were attentive throughout.

Hospital was very clean and staff were very efficient and welcoming throughout my stay, my one suggestion would be to allow patients to arrive closer to their procedure time when having local anesthetic, as there are only a small amount of checks needed prior therefor a lot of waiting around.

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!

As soon as I arrived, I received a warm welcome and was booked in without any issue. I was given directions on how to get to Mr Khan's consulting rooms and advised on wait time and what happens next.

Clean, friendly and super helpful staff on the ward and in outpatients. The location is really convenient to get to from most places. Room was nice - treated to a nice river view!

Very knowledgeable, gave us excellent information he's highly knowledgeable and competent in his field clearly a very good specialist as well as a very nice man. We were very pleased with our visit and delighted that we became aware of him and the clinic through the macular society video.
