It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
