Together with my wife and son, he took the time needed to carefully explain his assessment of my case and the forward treatment alternatives. We elected that I should undergo a complex surgery with a lengthy recovery time after he laid out the alternatives, the relative risks and his forward recommendation. I could not recommend Professor Frampton more highly. I first saw Professor Frampton after having spent a week in hospital with severe cholecystitis; he very quickly ordered all of the appropriate scans and was extremely clear in explaining what the precise issue was and ultimately recommended that I have my gallbladder removed. In advance of the surgery Professor Frampton very much put me at ease, he explained the procedure in detail and ran through the possible complications, and I felt like I had all of the information I needed. Professor Frampton was extremely contactable when questions arose. The surgery itself (robotic cholecystectomy) was longer than anticipated due to the level of inflammation in the gallbladder and the presence of gangrene. Despite the complications, Professor Frampton was able to remove the gallbladder without issue and without any side effects. Following the operation Professor Frampton checked up on me regularly, both immediately after the procedure, the next morning, and then a couple of days later by telephone. He was very clear in terms of how to manage my recovery, which put me at ease and I was back on my feet less than two weeks after the operation. Overall, despite the nature of the issue, I couldn't have been happier with the treatment I received from start to finish. Professor Frampton's PA, Sarah, is also brilliant and extremely knowledgeable and contactable.

My experience with Dr. Al-Joudeh was great. I have seen many Bupa doctors, and most of them just waste time. However, Dr. Al-Joudeh was different. He looked after me and was straight to the point. He took the time to listen to me and explained in detail what was causing my health issues and what I should do going forward.

Mr Thomas was extremely easy to deal with and clearly did an excellent job on my inguinal hernia surgery - I did not need pain relief afterwards, and (7 weeks after) it has healed very well. He explained everything very clearly.

Me Jambulingam has been amazing. He made me feel at ease on the day of my gallbladder surgery, he explained everything clearly and even helped lead me in the right directions for my gastric sleeve I had 3 years ago. My follow up appointment was quick and officiant. I’ve been discharged and have been told what I will need for any on going treatment. I would recommend Mr Jambulingam to anyone suffering like I was. He has been amazing. He has given me his number and email so I can contact at any time if I have any further concerns. Amazing man! Thank you for giving me my life back!
