Prof. Frampton is an exceptional person. His expertises, professionalism and humane manner exceeded my expectations. My experience under his care was seamless from trusted consultations, comprehensive investigations, diagnosis, stepbystep healthcare plan, major surgery (Robotic liver resection - large Haemangioma and liver cyst, as well as a cholecystectomy for a large gallbladder) and the extraordinary attentive aftercare provided me with a successful outcome and swift recovery! His empathic bedside manner is very caring, confident and positive. His communcation is welcoming, comprehensible and knowledgeable. I could not have been in safer and trusted hands and feel extremely lucky to have been in his care!

My experience under Professor Frampton's care was entirely positive. At all stages, pre- and postoperative, he took trouble to explain everything to me. He was kindness itself throughout what can be a very stressful experience. I have been recommending him to everyone I know and I would not hesitate to call on him in the future should I have any other medical problems. Professor Frampton's surgical skills meant that I recovered very quickly with minimal pain.

I was recently treated by Professor Frampton as I had three liver cysts. I found him to have a lovely manner and filled me with confidence that I had found the best surgeon to treat me. Dealing with his secretary, Sarah were easy as she is also very professional and helpful. From initial consultation to surgery was under 2 weeks. He visited me on the ward the next day and called me at home after discharge to check up on my progress. My recovery has gone well which I put down to the excellent care I received from him. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his skills.

Prof Frampton was clear in his communication, and helping me understand and feel at ease throughout the entire process. He is friendly, professional and the entire process was thorough and stress-free from start to finish.

Professor Frampton explained everything thoroughly and in a way easy to understand for someone without medical knowledge. He listened to concerns and reassured throughout the process and answered all my questions promptly and clearly. His care on the day of my procedure was exceptional, both before, during and after, and he also took time to talk to my husband and keep him fully updated on how things had gone. This was especially appreciated as the procedure had been more challenging than anticipated. Following my operation, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a call at home the next day from Professor Frampton to check on how I was doing and when I had some concerns during my recovery the following week, he called me again late at night for advice and reassurance.

Very happy with the care provided by Professor Frampton. He clearly explained all the pros and cons of the surgery prior, he carried out the surgery successfully, and followed up several times to ensure all was well. Communication was easy and fast via his helpful secretary.

Professor Frampton removed my gallbladder and I have no hesitation in recommending him based on my experience under his care. I felt informed, supported and well cared for throughout the whole procedure by both Prof Frampton and Sarah Norcliffe his secretary. I really appreciated the fact the Prof Frampton called me at home several times to check how I was. The operation was a success and I am grateful that I had him in my corner.

Professor Frampton made me feel very comfortable and at ease prior to my surgery as I was quite nervous. I’m very pleased with my results. I wholeheartedly recommend Professor Adam Frampton based on my exceptional experience under his care. From my initial contact with his exemplary PA, Sarah Norcliffe, to the thorough explanations during my consultations, I felt reassured and well-informed every step of the way. Professor Frampton's expertise, compassionate care, and attention to detail made a significant difference in my treatment journey. Prior to my surgery, Professor Frampton demonstrated his commitment to my well-being by requesting additional imaging to ensure the most precise surgical strategy. This thorough approach minimized risks and maximized the likelihood of a successful outcome, which was especially comforting given my anxiety and additional medical concerns. During the complex laparoscopic procedure to remove my gallbladder and large benign cystic lesion on my liver, Professor Frampton's surgical mastery was evident as he navigated unexpected challenges with confidence and skill. His use of advanced techniques, such as "gluing" incision sites, minimized post-operative complications, leading to a smoother recovery process. I am incredibly grateful for the relief I've experienced under Professor Frampton's care. The alleviation of pain and improved mobility have been life-changing, and I am delighted with the result of my surgery. His genuine compassion and dedication to my well-being extended beyond the operating room, as he personally visited me in the hospital and took the time to reassure my husband, even checking in over the weekend by phone. Having access to a grade A London surgeon like Professor Frampton in Guildford has been invaluable, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of surgical expertise. He is truly an expert in his field, but it's his authenticity and genuine care for his patients that make him stand out. If I ever require further surgery in his field of expertise, Professor Frampton would be my first choice without hesitation. My heartfelt thanks extend to Professor Frampton, Dr. Kayur Patel, the outstanding theater and recovery teams, the dedicated nursing staff at Guildford Nuffield, and the cheerful porters who ensured my comfort throughout my journey. Sarah Norcliffe's behind-the-scenes efforts were also instrumental in making my experience truly exceptional. With Professor Frampton and his team, you can trust that you're in the best hands for your surgical needs.
