My experience with Mr Minas has been outstanding. From start to finish he has been clear with communication and very accessible on the phone to answer any questions. Mr Minas is very thorough in his appointments and gave us every opportunity to ask questions which he would answer clearly. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt he advised us on the best possible outcome, in my case a hysterectomy. The surgery went smoothly and a month later I feel a new person, I am pain free and feel the best I have done in a long time. Mr Minas is clearly a very knowledgeable and skilled surgeon and credit to him for getting my health back. I can only thank him for this and would recommend anyone to see him. Thank you!

Mr Kar made me feel comfortable. My examination was quite intimate but he managed to help me calm down as it was more than 20 years since I have been internally examined by a male doctor.

I was anxious due to an urgent referral from my GP. Mr Tailor was very re-assuring from the outset and made special arrangements so that I could see him the same week. He examined me thoroughly and explained everything in detail. He also took the time to explain HRT.

Calm, clear with a professional manner

Dr O’Connell is a class act. Calm, supportive, empathetic and super-professional. When your brain is scrambled, she explains things in a user-friendly manner that gives you clear guidance on what you need to do. Her response times are also excellent which is so important. Highly recommend.

I'd struggled for over 10 years with a vaginal issue. It had been misdiagnosed as thrush, cystitis, DIV, CV and other things with no resolution. I'd been taking medication for each of them to nil effect. I'd been to the NHS twice, private healthcare with another specialist, had a microbiome scan done and also consulted with experts in the US. After many years of struggling in pain, I finally found Dr Ugwumadu. He seemed to know so much more about what he was talking about - he asked incisive questions to try to understand what was going on. He took time to do a number of tests which came back negative. When a previous specialist saw this they just ignored the negative tests and said it was probably still thrush. Dr Ugwumadu took the results seriously and realised that negative results meant it was something else. He was able to recognise that what I was struggling with was skin related. It was transformational for me and made a lot of sense. He recommended a treatment plan and I've felt better than I have in years. He's also just a lovely person and takes the time to explain things to you, often things which are quite complicated. He also says he treats the whole person rather than just the issue which felt definitely true to me. I originally saw him through the NHS but given the long waiting lists I chose to see him privately after that and I'm so glad I did. I couldn't sing his praises more - he was truly amazing. Mr Athanasias is a truly exceptional and excellent doctor. Very very skilled at what he does and very solicitous and caring in his approach. He instantly inspires the trust that you are in very good hands in his care. He is very thorough, well informed and extremely courteous, understanding and caring in his approach. We felt extremely comfortable with him from the moment we met him. I am so lucky to have been sent his way. He has an excellent secretary Angela too and she ensures that everything goes smoothly in your pre and post doctor meetings and organises everything seamlessly.
