Dr Bhattacharjee is a professional, well-experienced Gynaecologist. He has helped me to work through symptoms that I have been experiencing for the last 15 years. He is thorough, patient and well versed in his field. He will accommodate treatment according to your personal preferences. I had the privilege of meeting him a few years ago and to this day, his advice has helped me to turn my symptoms around with PCOS and Hypothyroidism which has caused large amounts of discomfort during my day to day. The whole experience having surgery performed by Mr khazali and his entire team has been faultless. I felt in such safe hands and reassured at every step. The care at the Lister Hospital was excellent and follow up has been brilliant from phone calls from the nursing team and quick email responses from Mr Khazali when my GP had a query about ongoing medication. I recovered remarkably quickly from a complex operation which I’m sure is down to the surgeon’s skill and the care and advice I received.

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, explained the whole process to me and made me feel super comfortable and confident. She also immediately took tests to as to save multiple trips to the hospital.

Dr Pal had a calm demeanor which eased my nerves before my procedures. He was also patient and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I see him as someone who would take the time to make sure his patients are comfortable enough before proceeding to treatments. This is particularly important for me when it comes to seeking care for gynecology which is a very private subject. His secretary Emma had a professional tone in her voice and email communication. I feel that she had the interests of both Dr Pal and myself when liaising with us. During one of my procedures which didn’t require an aesthetic but still caused discomfort, the nurses/assistants took great care of me by giving clear directions and distracting me with small talks.

I was very happy with the experience. Mr Byrne answered my questions, suggested options and was very pleasant.

I just underwent a radical hysterectomy with Dr. Anil Taylor as my surgeon, who has been amazing since our first meeting. He treats his patients with professionalism and empathy, listening carefully, examining thoroughly and observing closely. He was very clear when setting my expectation for the surgery and detailing how it would work. He was also mindful of my medical condition and represented my case at multi-disciplinary team meetings at the hospital with very little prior notice, arranging my surgery within a week. After the surgery, he visited me every day in the hospital. Furthermore, whilst I was recovering at home, he was always available, responding to my queries within minutes via text message, which gave me a much-needed sense of assurance.

Ben was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to understand my situation and advise me both during the appointment and after.
