I did a lot of research in 2023 before I chose the right surgeon to help treat my severe endometriosis and fibroids and I am pleased to say I made the best decision. Thanks to the reviews on this website in addition to recommendations from the founder of the Endometriosis Foundation, I went ahead and booked with Mr Khazali. Throughout my consultations and whilst going through my history Mr Khazali listened and gave me the space to talk. His approach was a two surgery process (3 months apart), first one being the myomectomy to remove the fibroids and the second being the robotic endometriosis excision. Both were successful and I have recovered well from both. My monthly cycles are still yet to settle into a normal routine but I am pain free during my periods now, for the first time in my life (I'm 41). I have not taken any strong painkillers, just the occasional paracetamol. From beginning to end, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Emma, Tamasine (Mr K's secrataries) through to the Lister Hospital nurses and the stays, everything was as smooth as it could be. Leandri (the aftercare nurse after being discharged) is a superstar and is the most kindest and knowledgeable nurse there is. Thank you for looking after me during a very vulnerable time and I hope this review helps others make their decisions to choose you!

My experience with Mr Khazali was excellent throughout. He always made time to listen to my concerns (including scheduling extra appointments where I could ask any extra questions ahead of my surgery) and explain everything in an understandable way. The surgery itself went very well and I’m very happy with the results - all endometriosis removed. I highly recommend Mr Khazali and I’m very grateful for his work.

I have had a very positive experience with Mr Khazali, he made me feel very at ease and explained everything thoroughly. Mr Khazali is also very positive which has changed my attitude towards endometriosis. Further to this, he is very professional and approachable. Mr Khazali is a fantastic surgeon, whilst I am only 6 weeks post op, I have noticed a difference already in my symptoms and I am hoping these will improve further. I would highly recommend him for endometriosis surgery.

He is a compassionate and knowledgeable surgeon who is passionate about helping women with this confusing and painful disease by giving them their lives back. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a skilled and kind surgeon who successfully performed my surgery.

I only met Mr Khazali once before my hysterectomy having been referred to him from another Consultant due to the complexity of my condition, yet I couldn't be more happier with the decision. He took the time to listen to, and more importantly, understand my story and my symptoms. His patient manner along with his incredible expertise in the endometriosis field allowed me to build up trust very easily. He was very clear, concise and transparent with me throughout the whole process which then helped me to process what I was about to go through. I cannot thank Mr Khazali and his excellent team enough for looking after me. It has been truly life-changing!

Mr Khazali is extremely good at what he does. He gives clear explanations of the treatment and options available to you. He gives you the Pros and Cons of each and guides you through to the best choice for your circumstances. I’m very grateful for his experience and expertise he has helped me regain my life and with a less extreme procedure than I had been asking for. He has an excellent manner and fills you with confidence. Should I ever have gynaecological issues again I wouldn’t hesitate to request his services.
