The whole experience having surgery performed by Mr khazali and his entire team has been faultless. I felt in such safe hands and reassured at every step. The care at the Lister Hospital was excellent and follow up has been brilliant from phone calls from the nursing team and quick email responses from Mr Khazali when my GP had a query about ongoing medication. I recovered remarkably quickly from a complex operation which I’m sure is down to the surgeon’s skill and the care and advice I received.

My experience with Mr Minas has been outstanding. From start to finish he has been clear with communication and very accessible on the phone to answer any questions. Mr Minas is very thorough in his appointments and gave us every opportunity to ask questions which he would answer clearly. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt he advised us on the best possible outcome, in my case a hysterectomy. The surgery went smoothly and a month later I feel a new person, I am pain free and feel the best I have done in a long time. I first met Dr Lillian Ugwumadu in October 2019, She has been such a support for me in dealing with Endometriosis over this time. Her professionalism and understanding is very reassuring and has given me 100% trust in her throughout my whole experience. she is very friendly and I always feel very comfortable being able to discuss personal medical issue's with her in a very open manner. Lillian's expertise in making a plan of action when we discuss issue's has been superb. Executes delivery in everything Lillian says she will do for me, whether it be booking scans, following up with results in timely manner or answering questions when I have felt unsure of things, the service in which I have received from her is efficient, polite and professional.
