I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

I went to see Mr. Livingstone after having severe nerve pain in my feet having recently been diagnosed with diabetes. I cannot begin to describe how excellent he was in helping me. I was extremely anxious with many worries but he has an excellent bedside manner and helped me understand so much in why I was having these symptoms. He allayed any fears I had and did a full battery of tests on my feet with monofilaments, a Doppler test and other tests. I’m so fortunate I saw him and have already had a follow-appointment. His skills at listening and his thoroughness when checking my feet are nothing short of exceptional! If you have foot issues and can make it to his surgery do it!

Professor Tagoe was simply amazing. He made sure I was well informed throughout all appointments and procedures. He is friendly and sincere and I truly felt that he cared about my health concern and wanted the best outcome for me. I felt completely at ease in his care and would recommend him to anyone
