I had an accident which affected my shoulder, I was in pain and useless for five weeks while waiting for a surgery Appointment which I eventually secured. This surgery was performed by Dr White. It was pain-free but, moreover, I recovered in only three days and my shoulder was restored amidst at my age (50+). GREAT APRECIATION to Dr White and the whole supporting staff of the Great GUY'S Hospital.

I visited Mr Siddiqui at the Parkside Hospital. I found the total experience with dealing with Mr Siddiqui and his assistant to be excellent. I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Dr Prinja showed utmost care and diligence throughout the entire process, providing an all-round fantastic service. Could not have hoped for a better outcome.

I found Mr Caeser to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. My only concern is I have not had any follow up since the appointment, so I will take this up with Bupa and with the secretary.
