My experience was a good one as all the staff were polite and helpful.

Everything from the parking to the operation was brilliant, the staff were all professional and lovely

The staff were very professional and friendly, made me feel at ease and welcome. My appointment was with Dr Shyamalan at 1.30pm, but a room wasn't available for my procedure until after 2pm....so a small wait time. Dr Shyalaman did keep me fully informed on timings and offered us drinks etc. The procedure was carried out with full details of what was happening all the way through, I really liked this. As a nervous patient it was good to have conversation.

I very much like this hospital. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and the staff are always pleasant. The hot chocolate machine is a lovely additiona and the specialists are world class.

Throughout my hospital stay, including my pre and post operative appointments, I have found all staff to be professional, informative, caring, sensitive and friendly, which put me at ease throughout the whole process. I found the South Bank Hospital environment to be pleasant and conducive to a speedy recovery.

All my experiences with West Midlands Hospital have been great. The staff are friendly and helpful. There wait times were minimal and the different departments within the hospital work well together.
